How to use
The recommended daily dose is 1-4 capsules.

lactic bacteria and bifidobacteria [Streptococcus thermophilus DSM 24731, bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterius short DSM 24732, Bifidobacterius longum DSM 24736, Bifidobacterius infantis DSM 24737), lactobacilli (Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM 24735, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 24730, Lactobacillus paracasei DSM 24733, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus DSM 24734)]; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule of hydroxy-propyl-methyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; dyes: El71.
It does not contain dyes, preservatives, synthetic sweeteners, gluten, lactose , soy allergens and milk proteins.
