BIOTAD is a food supplement based on Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Thioctic Acid.

ANTIOXIDANT ACTION

GSH is the most powerful natural antioxidant and, through this action, it opposes free radicals, thus reducing oxidative stress.

DETOXIFYING ACTION

GSH is the key substance for all detoxification or detoxification processes from exogenous substances such as, for example, alcohol, drugs, food, environmental pollutants (cigarette smoke, exhaust gases, disinfectants, etc.) and by endogenous substances produced by alterations in metabolism.
Both these vitamins have an antioxidant action and, moreover, favor the maintenance of the reduced state of GSH, thus enhancing its antioxidant action. The same can be said for GSH towards Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
BIOTAD is therefore a synergistic association with action enhancement. Thioctic acid, also referred to as lipoic acid or a-lipoic acid, is also an antioxidant and as such carries out its pharmacodynamic action; moreover, again as an antioxidant, it prevents the oxidation of GSH, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, and therefore regenerates and prolongs their antioxidant action.
