Functionality of the upper respiratory tract

BIOTEBACT is a food supplement containing a tindalised strain of Lactobacillus helveticus MIMLh5, hyaluronic acid and erysimus.

The MiMLh5 probiotic ( Lactobacillus helveticus ) , a typed and non-viable strain (paraprobiotic), is an antagonist of Streptococcus pyogenes , the main cause of sore throat. Clinical studies report that Lactobacillus helveticus is able to counteract the adhesion of Streptococcus pyogenes and therefore its proliferation in the oral cavity and in the pharynx. It also has the ability to stimulate the immune system.

Erisimo ( Sisymbrium officinale L.) is a plant traditionally recognized for its emollient and soothing properties on the oropharyngeal mucosa; it also promotes the functionality of the upper respiratory tract.

Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan), the main component of the connective tissue and also present in the pharynx and larynx, to which it provides resistance and viscosity.

GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE

The product does not contain ingredients of animal origin.

Composition

One 400 mg tablet contains:

• One billion non-viable Lactobacillus helveticus cells
• 30 mg of heather extract
• 40 mg of sodium hyaluronate from which 38 mg of hyaluronic acid

How to use

We recommend taking one tablet a day, preferably in the evening, after meals and oral hygiene.

Let the tablet dissolve in the mouth without chewing.

Warnings

Do not administer and keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Method of conservation
Keep in a cold and dry place; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and humidity. The minimum storage term refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
