ALARES is a supplement that uses ALPHA LIPOIC ACID, RESVERATROL and LUTEIN.

ALPHA LIPOIC ACID

The Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) used in this formulation is of the MATRIS Retard type, ie with controlled release; this special form allows the assumption of a high quantity of active ingredient over the next 8 hours, significantly reducing any unwanted effects and significantly increasing bioavailability.

Property

Antioxidant: neutralizes free radicals
Regenerates: reduces Glutadione, Ubiquinone (CoQ10), Vit. C, E, A
Anti-inflammatory: inhibits the arachidonic acid cascade
Inhibition of NF-kB: nuclear transcription factor that modulates inflammatory and autoimmune processes, septic shock, neoplastic degeneration, etc.
Metabolism of lipids and glucose: direct action on the c. Krebs
Chelator: sequesters copper, zinc, lead, iron and mercury
Antiglycant: protects against kidney damage, arteriosclerosis, neuropathies, retinopathies, skin aging, etc.

RESVERATROL

The resveratrol normally used for the preparation of food supplements is found in the extract of red grapes but its concentration is minimal. In ALARES, POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM was used, a shrub containing a much higher concentration, reaching a titration of 98%; in the formulation there are 40mg of pure resveratrol.

Luetina is a type of fat-soluble carotenoid.

Cancer: in subjects with a diet rich in Lutein, some protection has been observed on the colon, lung, uterus, breast and skin
Photoprotection: protects against photooxidative damage
