Indications : promotes mental well-being by counteracting depressive disorders and mood and concentration and memory disorders; it also promotes relaxation in case of overexertion and mental stress.

How to use: 1-2 capsules after breakfast and lunch.

Composition : 2 capsules of 300 mg contain: Magnesium glycerophosphate 90,0 mg; Niacin 27.0 mg; Tryptophan 175 mg; Phosphatidylserine 50.0 mg; Vit. B6 3.0 mg; Vit. B2 2.4 mg; Vitamin B1 2.1 mg; Vitamin B12 2.0 mg; Melissa officinalis. Magnesium oxide; Silica.

It is a preparation based on tryptophan, magnesium and niacin, which promotes the endogenous synthesis of serotonin and melatonin, the deficiency of which is responsible for depressive phenomena and alterations in the sleep-wake rhythm.

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid physiologically present in cell membranes, it is a useful adjuvant in cases of mental fatigue, as it helps restore normal attention, memory and concentration abilities.

The vitamin B complex is useful for an antioxidant, restorative and toning action in states of increased need from stress and mental fatigue.
