Red Ginseng

Dietary supplement

Food supplement based on Korean red ginseng, useful as a tonic-adaptogen in cases of physical and mental fatigue.
Does not contain: gluten, lactose, sugar, starch, yeast.
Korean red ginseng (Panax ginseng)

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning with breakfast.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years, in hypertensive, diabetic and cardiopathic patients, in case of frequent nosebleeds and heavy menstruation. Avoid caffeine while you are taking the product. Do not take in the late afternoon to avoid inducing insomnia. Avoid taking for long periods (no more than 30-40 consecutive days). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Drug interactions
It can enhance the action of corticosteroids and MAO inhibitors. It can interfere with hypoglycemic, hypotensive, anticoagulant, diuretic drugs.

Interactions with other nutrients
It can enhance the effects of caffeine
