Description
Food supplement based on B vitamins. Pantothenic acid promotes normal mental performance. Vitamins B6, B1, B12 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin promotes the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pantothenic acid (calcium-D-pantothenate) 6 mg (100% NRV*), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg (143% NRV*), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 1.4 mg (127% NRV*), vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1.6 mg (114% NRV*), folate (Folmidable: calcium L-methylfolate) 0.22 mg (100% NRV*), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1 g (40% NRV*).

How to use
1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a generous sip of water.
