Gluten Free Probios Black Sesame Seeds

Black sesame seeds, a raw food rich in fiber and a source of vegetable proteins, are added to the Probios range of organic gluten-free oilseeds. Black sesame seeds (Sesamum indicum) are collected from the homonymous plant which has Indian origins, where it is still considered a symbol of immortality today. They have a more delicate flavor than the traditional light sesame and, thanks to their nutritional virtues, they are excellent for enriching numerous cooked and raw dishes or for the preparation of bread, focaccia and biscuits. Also excellent for garnishing sushi and useful in the preparation of many recipes of Asian cuisine.
