How to use
To prepare an excellent tea, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put a filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Cover the container so as not to disperse the more volatile substances.
Before removing the sachet, press it lightly with the back of the spoon. Use one sachet per cup. The infusion obtained can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
