BLEPHACLEAN is especially for daily cleansing of the eyelids

• If you have sensitivity to the skin, eyelids or eyes,
• To remove dust, pollen and eyelid secretions. It can be used when treating allergy or eye infection,
• In case of inflammation or infection of the eyelids such as blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, sty or chalazion. These conditions can cause dry eye symptoms such as itching, gritty eyes, red and tired eyes,
• To clean the eyelids before ophthalmic procedures such as therapeutic injections into the eye (intra vitreal injections), laser ophthalmic surgery (LASIK or PRK) and cataract surgery.

BLEPHACLEAN can also be used after surgery, under the supervision of a doctor or ophthalmologist.

BLEPHACLEAN keeps the eyelids clean while respecting the eye contour and the bacterial flora present.

Before eye surgery, use twice daily for 5 days or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. In other cases, use twice a day in the morning and evening for 3 weeks and then once a day for 3 months or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. In chronic eyelid conditions, use for long-term continuous eyelid cleansing. It is not necessary to rinse after use.
BLEPHACLEAN can be used for babies over 3 months of age.
For contact lens wearers: remove lenses before using BLEPHACLEAN.

How to use

• Cleansing of the eyelids and eyelashes. Open the sachet and unfold the gauze inside. Keeping the eye closed, gently rub the gauze over the eyelids and at the base of the lashes. Carefully massage the eyelids with small circular motions, gently removing scabs, secretions or makeup.
• Cleansing of the edge of the eyelids. In front of a mirror, open your eyelids carefully by pulling lightly on the lashes. Carefully rub the edge of the eyelids using a rolled-up gauze.

Repeat on the other eye, using a new gauze.

Warnings

Use on the skin only, do not insert directly into the eye. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. BLEPHACLEAN is a sterile product and is for single use only. Do not reuse, this way the gauze works less well and can increase the risk of infections. Do not use the gauze if the sachet is open or damaged. The color of the gauze (lotion) may vary. This is due to the presence of plant extracts and is normal. Stop using BLEPHACLEAN and contact your doctor if symptoms get worse. Do not use after the expiry date clearly indicated on the outer carton and sachet. The expiry date refers to the unopened product, correctly stored. Discard the gauze after use in household waste.

Method of conservation

Store between 8 and 25 ° C. Keep out of reach of children.

Side effects

Burning or tingling sensation for a few minutes after use, redness or swelling of the eyelids, allergic reactions.

Components

The lotion contains: capryloyl glycine, sodium hyaluronate, PEG 8, poloxamer 184, polysorbate 20, gotu kola extract in propylene glycol (propylene glycol, gotu kola extract and water), complex for the regulation of sebum without preservative (propylene glycol, Iris root extract, zinc sulfate, PPG-5 cetet 20 and retinyl palmitate (Vitamin A), alcohol and water), PEG 6 caprylic / caprinic glycerides (for example macrogol 6 glycerol caprilcaprinate), potassium phosphate, sodium hydroxide, potassium didrogen phosphate, purified water.
