Based on choline, Ribodiet, vitamins and minerals useful to make a supplementary share of these ingredients in the daily diet. Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B2 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism; Vitamin B2 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B1 and biotin contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system; Vitamin B1 also contributes to normal heart function. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal mental performance. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
