Bluvir contains 80% of ethanol and glycerin, usable without water
With very fast absorption (a few seconds), it does not leave residues, it does not dry the skin but softens it, leaving a very pleasant natural fragrance.
Bluvir is absolutely not comparable to the common "sanitizing cosmetics" which are limited to cleansing without adding any agents with pharmaceutical properties.
