Bog Rosemary allows us to strengthen our trust in divine support during this process of awareness and to bring light to our most hidden parts, thus eliminating all traces of fear.
In this way we learn to observe the external events that tell us about us and that are created daily to bring attention to our ego and to develop a courageous and profound relationship with our interiority.

Symptoms of imbalance: fear of the unknown, inability to take risks, difficulty accepting support from others due to lack of trust

Balance: openness, release of tension and resistance, new situations are experienced, release from fear and from what is blocked

Doses
For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing behavior patterns and emotions in the long term, prepare the dosage as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper for 2/3 with natural mineral water and the remaining part of brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock bottle for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple vinegar or vegetable glycerin. The standard dosage is 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day. Shake lightly before use to keep the energy of the essences in an enhanced state. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.
