Borax 5ch Boiron Homeopathic Medicine
Sodium borate is a white, odorless, alkaline-flavored powder that is very soluble in water and glycerin. Borax has a selective tropism for the mucous membranes and is indicated in various infectious forms of adults, children and infants.
Main indications
Borax is indicated in infants and children with painful canker sores and concomitant diarrhea, insomnia and night terrors. In adults: genital herpes, vaginitis with white and dense leucorrhea, motion sickness with fear of rapid downward movement (airplanes, cableways, swing).
Psychological characteristics of the patient and appearance
Borax is useful in infants and children who are easily jerking after sudden noises, or who experience anguish and fear during rapid descent movements (eg when placed quickly on the doctor's bed or in the crib).
This remedy is also indicated in adults, who are nervous and anxious, who flinch easily after sudden noises. Also useful in those who suffer from "seasickness" or are sensitive, on the plane, to air pockets.
Symptoms and methods of reaction
Anxiety and hyperesthesia from sudden and high-pitched noises; feeling of local heat; aggravation with any inclination, fall or descent movement.
Dosage
In oral aphthosis, especially in infants, take 5 granules at the 9 CH dilution, sublingual, three times a day. Same dosage for treating genital herpes and vaginitis. In hyperesthesia to noises and, above all, in motion sickness it is better to use higher dilutions, such as 15 CH, five granules at the start and five granules as needed. Instead 30 CH, five granules before going to bed, in children with insomnia and night terrors.
Like cures like
In homeopathic experimentation the Borax remedy has an elective action on the mucous membranes: at the level of the mouth it causes burning inflammation, painful and bleeding aphthae; in the intestine yellowish diarrhea with mucus; at the vaginal level whitish and dense leucorrhea, with a sensation of coming out of a stream of hot water. On the skin it causes suppuration in the folds, herpetic eruptions with small grouped vesicles and turbid contents. On the nervous system it causes hyperesthesia to sharp and sharp noises, fear of forward tilting movements.
Format
4g tube with granules.
