The remedy is a preparation resulting from scabies lesions of untreated patients.

Skin related indications: all types of skin rashes that present with exasperating chronicity and do not react to homeopathic medicines. Skin or nail fungus. Characteristic is the sensation of intense itching that worsens with the heat of the bed or washing and improves in the open air. The manifestations occur at periodic intervals, especially in winter.

Indications relating to the mucous membranes: tendency to nasopharyngitis, recurrent ear infections and bronchitis. Periodic cold, asthma.

General indications: periodic migraines preceded by a feeling of euphoria, hunger during the crisis and improvement in the heat.
Prolonged recoveries with great asthenia, weight loss, sensitivity to cold. Accentuated weight loss despite a great appetite. The subject is thin, pale, has dull, dry, brittle or, conversely, very oily hair. The skin can also be dry, dull, wrinkled or very oily. The whole body gives off a bad smell.
Due to the intense asthenia, these subjects are anxious because they consider themselves incurable; they are generally chilly, they always take care of themselves abundantly.

Worsening and improvement of symptoms in particular circumstances: symptoms worsen with cold, in winter in contact with wool; improves with heat and warm clothing and eating.
