How to use
1) a spoonful of product per cup. Gently pour boiling water.
2) Leave the chamomile to infuse for 4-5 minutes (preferably by covering the cup, so as to keep the fragrance of the perfume that characterizes it intact).
3) You can enjoy it plain or sweeten it, preferably with honey.
