Originating from the ADRIATIC SEA, soft and velvety when wet, they stimulate circulation. The Fine Dama are essential for bathing children and for the complete removal of make-up, performing a deep cleansing and a delicate relaxing massage. Due to their softness they are also ideal for the sensitive skin of elderly people. Thanks to the hypoallergenic properties of the natural sponge, they are also suitable for those suffering from skin problems such as dermatitis, psoriasis, reactive skin, acne etc. They are antiseptic.

Unlike the Archipelago type, they have a structure with smaller and denser pores that make the use of the sponge similar to a caress. The washed sponges (light brown) are the most resistant and durable as no changes are made to the original color. They have a slightly more exfoliating effect on the skin than whitened ones and are more compact to the touch.

They can be used for face cleansing , for make-up and scrub removal, for mud removal.

The bleached (yellow) sponges, which are not colored, but simply treated with a very sweet oxygenation, are processed in order to satisfy the tastes of the customers. Measure: 12cm.

After use

Rinse well after use with running water and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place. The residues of detergent / soap / oil inside the sponge could ruin it or compromise its use long before its time. About every 3 months it is advisable to soak the sponge in warm water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate, the best way and the only possible way to wash it thoroughly and to make it as good as new.

Warnings

Do not boil, do not use with boiling water and absolutely do not wash in the washing machine.

Sponges are an eco-sustainable and conscious choice, compared to synthetic sponges, as well as being a long-term investment. On average, the "Cose della Natura" sponges, coming from the Mediterranean Sea, have a longer duration, compared to the tropical-oceanic / vegetal ones, or with the synthetic ones, often of poor quality and irritating to the skin.

Sea sponges should be replaced at least once a year.
