Food supplement of branched chain amino acids in tablets based on L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, vitamin B6.

Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are named for their branched structure. They are essential amino acids, meaning they must be included in the diet because they cannot be synthesized in the body from other enutrient amino acids.
The integration of branched chain amino acids or BCAAs is used for both energy and plastic purposes, that is, it promotes muscle synthesis and anabolism. The set of branched chain amino acids is composed of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine which alone represent about 40% of all muscle proteins. The anabolic prerogative of these amino acids is given by their ability to be metabolized directly by and in the muscle, therefore their metabolism does not involve the liver.
For this function to take place in the best way, the amino acids must be very pure and present in the ratio 2: 1: 1.

How to use

Take 5 tablets a day, to be divided before and after physical activity.
