How to use
Take 1 stick a day by dissolving its contents in a glass of water or directly in the mouth.

The product contains probiotic microorganisms, sensitive to heat: it is therefore recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to keep it away from light and preferably at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C and to transport it at temperatures below 25 °C C for periods not exceeding 48 hours.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in unopened packaging.
