Sterile single-dose solution without preservatives to be nebulized for aerosol administration.
Inositol is a polyol known to be an important osmolyte, in fact, it has a great ability to bind and retain considerable quantities of water, especially in the tissues of the respiratory system. This lubricating and emollient capacity is useful in relieving those symptoms linked to inflammation such as difficulty swallowing, sensation of a foreign body in the throat, tickling and dryness. Inositol lowers the surface tension of the pulmonary surfactant by improving gas exchange at the level of the bronchial alveoli.

Ingrediants
Each 3ml vial contains: myo-inositol, purified water, sodium chloride.

How to use
We recommend 1 ampoule of 3 ml or, according to medical opinion, up to a maximum of 3 ampoules per day.
Broncositol solution to be nebulized, is supplied in vials with pre-breaking safety.
To open the vial:
1. hold the vial so that the tip is pointing upwards
2. apply slight pressure, bend and break the vial at the neck.
Nebulize the contents of a vial using an aerosol therapy device.
We recommend using appliances equipped with a compressor capable of guaranteeing a high output flow capacity (indicative value of at least 0.40ml / minute).
Do not use ultrasound equipment.

Warnings
Do not use the device after the expiry date stated on the package.
Do not use the device if the packaging is open or damaged.
Do not sterilize again.
The device is intended for single use only.
Do not freeze.
Once the vial is opened, the product should be used immediately.
Smoking compromises the protective effect of myo-inositol on bronchial and alveolar function.
It is recommended that you use Broncositol after consulting your doctor.
Keep out of reach of children. No interactions between Broncositol and any concomitant therapies are currently known. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in combination with other medical devices and drugs.
There are currently no contraindications to the use of Broncositol, nor side effects have been reported. However, the use of these products especially if prolonged can give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case, stop the treatment and consult your doctor to establish the appropriate therapy.
If you experience undesirable effects not described in the package leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
The product should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
