Sodium and saturated fat. Excessive dietary intakes of saturated fat and sodium expose the body to a greater predisposition towards cardiovascular disorders, states of water retention and overweight. In these cases it is useful to change one's eating habits in favor of a low-fat and low-sodium diet by limiting the consumption of sausages, canned goods, certain cheeses and some condiments such as the traditional cube for broth, a food particularly rich in fat and sodium.

BRODOSOHN is a low-sodium, fat-free broth and dressing preparation. BrodoSohn is a vegetable preparation with the flavors of the best Mediterranean tradition enriched with vegetable proteins and vegetables (celery, carrots, onions and parsley). BrdoSohn, compared to traditional cube, does not contain fat and provides less than half the average salt content.

INDICATIONS : BrdoSohn is used in place of normal stock cubes or preparations for broth and seasoning. The reduction in sodium content contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Products low in saturated fat contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

DOSES and INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : To prepare a vegetable broth: dissolve a tablespoon of Sohn Broth (approx. 12 g) in very hot water to prepare half a liter of broth, a teaspoon (approx. 5 g) to prepare a cup. Preparation is instant. To season dishes: sprinkle BrdoSohn with the tip of a spoon during preparation to give flavor to dishes based on meat, eggs, fish and vegetables.

WARNINGS : In cases of severe renal insufficiency, low-sodium products must be used under medical supervision.
