This product has not undergone any heat treatment above 42°C and retains its natural nutritional characteristics.

Produced by reducing whole wheat grains into small pieces.
The product can be used in recipes without necessarily being cooked, thus maintaining all the nutritional characteristics of the grain and also allowing those who follow the raw food diet to enjoy a cereal .
May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame .

How to use
Raw food preparation: soak the product in warm or cold water for at least an hour to cover it completely.
Combine raw vegetables to taste and season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, aromatic plants and oilseeds.
Leave to flavor for at least another 2 hours, stirring occasionally so that the wheat softens and takes on flavour.
It can be used as a first course, to stuff vegetables or for meatballs.
For its cooking: it does not need to be soaked, cook for 15 minutes in boiling water.

Warnings
Wash the grains to remove any impurities.
