This essence is addressed to those who have low self-esteem, and judge themselves by conventional standards of achievement and success, afflicting themselves with feelings of self-doubt and self-depreciation. Many phases of our life or many choices we make do not seem noteworthy for the judgments and standards of others, but for us they represent important moments of evolution. Buttercup helps us to follow our path and our uniqueness with firmness and security, without being influenced by empty and stereotyped preconceptions.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: one judges oneself on conventional standards of success or failure, low self-esteem, self-doubt, inability to live one's uniqueness

Balance: inner light, not being tied to external confirmations or standards of judgment imposed by society, one learns to recognize one's inner value

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
