Description
Food supplement of creatine and amino acids based on carbohydrates (fructose and altodextrin). The branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the sports diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, precursor of carnosine, earginine.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one bag (equal to 17 g) in about 500 ml of water and shake well.
We recommend taking one sachet before training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.
