The Alce Nero Fairtrade strong moka blend is a blend of Arabica grown by groups of farmers in Latin America, including the members of Prodecoop in Nicaragua and Cooperativa Norandino in Peru, and a blend of Robusta. Prodecoop and Cooperativa Norandino, together with Alce Nero, are part of Coop Sin Fronteras, an organization that since its establishment promotes the principles of quality and wholesomeness of raw materials, but above all of social and environmental sustainability, which today involves more than 14,000 families of producers. The freshly roasted coffee is packaged in a protective atmosphere.

The package is equipped with an aroma-saving valve that preserves the identity and strength of the original taste. Aroma: robust, strong and full-bodied, with persistent cocoa notes even after tasting; Arabica from Nicaragua softens the bitterness with notes of toast and vanilla. The hidden acidity can be identified in the form of caramelized aromatic notes.
