What does Calcioliquido® contain?

Calcioliquido® contains 500 mg of liposomal calcium phosphate (Lipocal®), essential for supporting the correct bone mineralization process: calcium is a necessary element for maintaining the bone structure and is deposited in the body mainly in the form of crystals of hydroxyapatite. Thanks to NDS® technology (Nanotechnology Delivery System), Calcioliquido® promotes not only a high availability of calcium, guaranteeing absorption along the entire tract of the small intestine, but also total tolerability, thus avoiding all the side effects of common calcium-based supplements (extreme digestive heaviness, unpleasant chalky texture).

The addition of vitamin D3 (50 mcg) favors the enhancement of calcium activity: in fact it allows better absorption of the mineral in the intestine, its renal reabsorption and stimulates the expression of calcium transporters by increasing the availability of calcium, thus playing a very important role in bone mineralization.

In addition, the integration of vitamin K2 (200mcg) in Calcioliquido® allows, together with vitamin D3, to prevent bone weakening that can occur following physio-pathological states or with advancing age, as this is involved in the synthesis of osteocalcin, a protein intended to strengthen the bone structure.

Calcioliquido® also contains magnesium (112.5mg) in the form most available and tolerated by the body: citrate. The lack of this causes a block of bone growth, osteopenia and finally bone fragility, as magnesium is involved in changes in the bone matrix.

How to take Calcioliquido®

The recommended dose is 1 stick per day, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.
