Based on melatonin with lavender essential oil and saffron oleolite

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 1 soft capsule of Calema night) just before going to bed. Lavender is useful for achieving a state of relaxation.

Ingrediants

Soft capsule content: lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) Essential oil tit. 35-45% in linalyl acetate and 25-40% in linalool, sunflower oil, saffron oil (fat-soluble extract of Crocus sativus L. stigmas in corn oil); emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Outer shell: gelatin of vegetable origin (modified starch, glycerol, carrageenan); dyes: iron oxide, bright blue.

How to use

We recommend taking 1 soft capsule a day, about half an hour before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
