ENERVIT CARBO FLOW is an energy product based on carbohydrates and low in fat to be used before intense and prolonged sports performance. One serving (2 scoops) provides 208 kcal and also 400 mg of cocoa flavanols which help maintain the elasticity of blood vessels, which contributes to normal blood flow (for a daily intake of 200 mg of cocoa flavanols).

HOW TO USE

To prepare Enervit Carbo Flow, pour 1 or 2 scoops into 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk, mixing well. Alternatively, it can be mixed with low-fat yogurt. Care should be taken to use water or milk at room temperature or lukewarm to prevent the cocoa flavanols from being degraded by heat.

Our advice is to set yourself a goal, a race or a particularly hard workout and, in the 2 weeks preceding this goal, to take 1 scoop per day. Or, if the time before a goal is only 1 week, 2 scoops per day.
