BMI-OK® nutritional supplement for the reduction of body mass index (BMI) and weight maintenance
Food supplement in the form of capsules based on plant extracts, trace elements and vitamin D. It helps to lose weight and to keep the BMI (body mass index) under control. It reduces the sensation of appetite, stimulates the basic metabolism and the mobilization process of triglycerides and regulates the metabolism of carbohydrates.
Contains olive extract to stimulate the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, as demonstrated by numerous clinical studies, naringin, which promotes the reduction of fat mass, and green coffee, with a proven tonic and metabolic support action.

How to use
Capsules for people with a body mass of less than 70 kg; 3 capsules in subjects with body weight between 70 and 95 kg, 4 capsules for subjects with body mass greater than 95 kg. As part of an adequate low-calorie, and possibly hyperproteic and hypoglycidic regimen, swallow the capsules before main meals for a period such as to reach a BMI value close to normal values. The caloponderal considered optimal is between 1 and 1.5 kg / week, calculated as an average in 4 weeks. In the next maintenance phase, take 1 capsule per day.
