Carnidyn Plus with Acetyl-L-Carnitine taurinate has a balanced formulation of Vitamins, Minerals, Creatine, Amino Acids and Carnosine, nutrients involved in various biological processes that support the body.
Carnidyn Plus contains:
- ACETYL L-CARNITINE TAURINATE: which participates in the production of energy in the mitochondria, the energy plants of the cells.
VITAMINS:
- Vitamin B5 (or Pantothenic Acid). Contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; it also promotes regular mental performance.
- Vitamin E. Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
MINERALS:
- Magnesium . Helps reduce physical tiredness and fatigue, supporting normal muscle function; it favors the maintenance of the electrolyte / hydrosaline balance. It also supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Zinc : contributes to normal cognitive function and the immune system.
- Selenium : contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system.
CREATINE:
- It is a derivative of amino acids, naturally produced by the body and contained in various foods. It helps to increase physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities.
ASPARTIC ACID (Aspartate) and ASPARAGIN:
- They are amino acids involved in the production of glucose needed by the brain.
CARNOSINE:

Dosage and method of taking Carnidyn Plus
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets a day, just dissolve one sachet in a glass of still water at room temperature in small sips and drink slowly.
Warnings and contraindications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is required.
The product is contraindicated in cases of renal disease, in pregnancy and under 12 years. Contains a source of phenylalanine (E101).
It is important to store Carnidyn plus sachets in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees, away from sources of heat and humidity, absolutely keep out of the reach of children.
