Description
Carnitine food supplement with vitamin B12 and zinc.
Carnitine has an important biological role as a carrier of fatty acids involved in energy production. Furthermore, it carries out an indirect antioxidant action against highly metabolized cells, such as cardiac and muscle cells. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids.

Ingredients
L-carnitine hydrochloride; bulking agent: cellulose; stabilizer: mono and glycerides of fatty acids; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol, shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone, acetic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; dyes: titanium dioxide, oxides and iron hydroxides; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably between meals, or at least 1 hour before sports activity.
