Glucosamine
Amino sugar normally produced by our body which contributes to the formation of cartilage. Exogenous glucosamine promotes the preservation of cartilage. In each cartinutra bag there are 833.34 mg glucosamine sulfate 2Kcl which corresponds to 500 mg of pure glucosamine, the maximum daily dosage allowed for food supplements.
Chondroitin sulfate
Polysaccharide constitutive of cartilage which favors its elasticity and conservation. In each cartinutra bag there are 500 mg of this substance, equal to the maximum daily dosage allowed for food supplements.
Organic silicon
It is extracted from horsetail (Equisetum arvense), a plant naturally rich in silicon to which it confers remineralizing properties and involved in the synthesis of collagen, in turn used for the formation of connective tissue of both cartilage and bone. The synthesis of collagen is in fact conditioned by the activity of a silicon-dependent enzyme, the prolyl-hydroxylase. Silicon therefore contributes to the constitution of cartilages, as well as promoting protection from osteoporosis thanks to its remineralizing property.
C vitamin
Useful for its antioxidant and chondroprotective activity.

How to use
We recommend taking one sachet a day, dissolved in water. Take the sachet preferably after meals. Cycles of 3 months, twice a year, are suggested.
