Catheter Woman Ch16 20cm LoFric® Basic Model

It is suitable for the home environment. Adding water activates the low friction Urotonic ™ Surface Technology coating. It is available for men, women and children.

• The connector has different colors depending on the catheter diameter. It can be connected to a standard urine collection bag.
• Catheter with low friction Urotonic ™ Surface Technology allows for comfortable catheterization.
• The catheter tip is available in two versions: rounded (Nelaton) or Tiemann tip.
• Non-traumatic holes.

Instructions for Use

Disposable, self-lubricating hydrophilic catheter for urinary catheterization.

• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Open the package from the funnel side and fill with water (at home with cold tap water, in the hospital with sterile water or saline).
• Remove the colored label at the top of the package, and with the adhesive you can attach the package to the tiles or sink.
• Leave the catheter submerged in the water for at least 30 seconds as you prepare for catheterization.
• Remove the catheter from the package.
• Perform catheterization according to your prescriber's instructions. Discard the catheter after use.

NB: LoFric® is for single use only.

Composition of materials

Hydrophilic coating: Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and sodium chloride (NaCl).
Catheter body: Polyolefin-based elastomer matrix, POBE (Nelaton). Polyvinyl chloride, PVC (Punta Tiemann).
Single pack. Upper side: laminated sheet of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Bottom side: Polyolefins.
