How is cellfood drops taken ?
In a very simple way, 8 drops in half a glass of natural water are enough three times a day, 20 minutes before meals, taking care to hold each sip in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing. During the first administration, reach the recommended dosage progressively, starting with one drop three times a day and increasing by one drop every 2 days until the desired dosage is reached.
