Chamomile has an antispasmodic and muscle relaxant action.

Linden and Orange flowers have a sedative and antispasmodic action. The presence of triterpene saponins, including Asian acid, exerts a phlebotropic healing and restorative tonic action. It acts both at the level of the endothelium and the walls of the venous vessels, which are strengthened and made more elastic. The healing action is due to the ability to modulate the development of the connective tissue, which is carried out by stimulating both the fibroblasts and the synthesis of proline, oline and the essential constituents of the connective tissue itself. Asian acid, which possesses re-epithelial properties, is a valid aid in the treatment, for topical use, in eczema with skin thickening, in skin aging, after an intervention to accelerate the reparative process, in stretch marks.
