Omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish oil , gelatin, coconut oil, L-ascorbic acid, 20% lutein (from Tagetes erecta), humectant: glycerin 99.5% (E422); D-alpha-tocopherol, zinc oxide , copper sulphate, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322); zeaxanthin 14% (from Tagetes erecta), riboflavin, dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides (E172).

How to use
Take one capsule a day, preferably with meals, swallowed whole without chewing with a large amount of liquid.
