Emotional tension in the area of the stomach and solar plexus.

This essence is addressed to those who are subject to variable moods and emotions that are always unstable and who accumulate various psychological tensions during the day, especially in the stomach area. They also often have problems with insomnia. Chamomile helps in dissolving tensions in the solar plexus and stomach area, and in obtaining the emotional tranquility that is needed, the serenity and sunshine to live in balance and harmony. It allows to attenuate the many small emotions that afflict the life of the individual and is also very useful for children, for whom stomach problems are often of an emotional nature.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: emotional tensions that are discharged in the stomach and solar plexus area, one can suffer from insomnia, variable moods, unstable emotions, anxiety and irritability

Balance: serenity, emotional balance, sunshine, relaxation, distension of the gastrointestinal system

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
