Dietary supplement

Based on glutamine, beta-alanine, aspartic acid, with vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, potassium and maté extract, useful in cases of deficiency or increased needs of these nutrients. Vitamin C, in synergy with magnesium, contributes to normal energy metabolism and, in synergy with zinc, to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. In addition, magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular system , while the Matè extract contributes to the reduction of physical and mental fatigue.

How to use
2 sachets per day: 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Dissolve the contents in a glass of water.
