Food rich in Omega 3 fatty acids in particular ALA (alpha linoleic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA (11 g of Chia seeds).
The properties are remarkable, thanks to their balanced nutritional profile, in particular the content in fatty acids rich in Omega 3 and 6, in essential amino acids and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, in addition to the variety of vitamins of the group stands out. How to use
