CHIA

Chia is a plant with many beneficial properties. Gives strength by being rich in vitamins and minerals (including calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium). It is a New Food (Novell Food) rich in interesting nutritional principles including omega 3 and other free radical antagonists and many trace elements. It can be an appreciable and interesting component of food preparations.

How to use
To 150 g of product intended for consumption (based on flours, a mixture of cereals or other ground or chopped ingredients, etc.) add 7 g (± 1 spoonful) of chia seeds as they are or ground. A significant nutritional contribution is represented by 5% of chia in the final product, ready for consumption.
