COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test

Description
A rapid qualitative immunochromatographic test to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2 antigens in direct human anterior nasal swab specimens. The test strip consists of the following parts: sample pad, reagent pad, reaction membrane and absorbent pad. That reagent contains colloidal gold associated with the monoclonal anti nucleocapsid protein of SARS-CoV-2 is conjugated; the reaction membrane contains secondary membranes for the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein. The whole strip is fixed in a plastic mask. When the sample is placed in the sample well, the dissolved conjugate reagent buffers dry and sit with the sample during testing. If SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Antigen present in the sample forms complex between the anti-SARS-2 conjugate and the virus, that of the specific anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies are captured on the test line region (T). When the line (T) shows no color, the result is also negative to evaluate. The test cassette also contains a quality control line (C) which, regardless of the presence of a test line (T), appears coloured.

How to use
Wash or disinfect your hands before testing and make sure they are dry.
Open the test cassette packaging pouch. Remove the test cassette and place it on a flat, dry surface.
Remove the swab from the package. Be careful not to touch the swab head.
Gently insert the swab about 1.5-2.5cm into one nostril. If you feel resistance, stop inserting the swab into your nose.
Roll the swab against the inside of the nostril 5-6 times. This process should take approximately 15 seconds. Then remove the swab from the nose.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Open the extraction tube cap. Insert the swab into the liquid in the extraction tube. Swirl the swab 5-6 times in the liquid and press the swab against the wall and bottom of the tube.
Squeeze the outside of the collection tube several times while withdrawing the swab to remove as much liquid as possible from the swab tip.
Close the extraction tube tightly with the stopper. Turn the tube upside down and remove the tip by pulling it apart. You can also cut them with scissors.
Important: keep the tube upright to avoid spilling the liquid (clean up the spilled liquid observing the danger and caution indications, see below). Then gently invert the tube so that the liquid can drip onto the test cassette. Make sure that the liquid enters the conical part. If necessary, you can tap gently so that the liquid drips.
Put exactly 4 drops into the sample well of the test cassette. The exact amount of drops is critical for a reliable result. Make sure the sample well is free of debris.
Set the stopwatch/timer and read the result within 15-30 minutes. Results after 30 minutes are read are no longer valid and the test must be repeated.

Reading the results.
POSITIVE
If both the control line (C) and the test line (T) appear, it means that you have a high probability of having COVID-19. Even if the test line is barely visible, the result should be interpreted as positive. Please contact your doctor or local health department immediately and follow local guidelines on self-isolation. Another test like a PCR test may be needed to confirm the test result.
NEGATIVE
If only the control line (C) is displayed, the result is considered negative. This means that &eg
