Gymnema sylvestre dry extract ( Gymnema sylvestre R. Br. , Leaves, 25% acidogymnemico), cinnamon dry extract ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum B. , bark), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, banaba dry extract [ Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers. , leaves, 1% corosolic acid]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule before the two main meals, for at least 1 cycle of three bottles in a row. To be repeated as needed.
