Food supplement based on melatonin and griffonia extract, useful for promoting falling asleep and relaxation.
The melatonin contained in Circadiem 5 Tripto is useful for promoting falling asleep and rest at night, as it contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), acts on relaxation (sleep), mental well-being and normal mood.
Ingrediants
Purified water, fructose; stabilizer: glycerol; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill) seed eg tit. 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, zinc bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; aroma; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Circadiem 5 Tripto (containing 1 mg of melatonin), once a day, in the evening before going to bed. Shake the vial before use. Use the dropper included in the package.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid administration during the day. Any variations in the color of the product are due to the presence of plant extracts that do not affect the quality of the product itself.
