Usage and dosage
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (minimum 150 ml) to drink preferably in the evening before going to sleep.
Precautions
This product should not be used if other foods supplemented with 2'-fucosyllactose have been consumed on the same day. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are taking warfarin.
