For tired and hot feet: add 3 drops of Citronella essence and 2 of Mint to a tablespoon of neutral cream and massage under the sole with clean feet, you will get a sensation of freshness and excess sweating. Great for bad smells.
For a pleasant atmosphere, purifying the air, use an essence diffuser with 5 drops of lemongrass, 5 drops of petit grain and 5 drops of lavender.
