Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 drops of essential oil per day to be diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by appropriately diluting in an emollient base, or adding a few drops to aroma diffusers. 2 drops on average contain 87 mg of java lemongrass essential oil.
Close carefully after use.
