Alce Nero Classic Organic Tomato Sauce

Alce Nero classic organic sauce is produced with organic tomatoes grown in Italy.
The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September at the right degree of ripeness, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting, the tomatoes are chopped, pureed and cooked without being boiled.

Finally, they are bottled and pasteurized at low temperatures to safeguard the aroma and freshness of the ripe tomato. The Classic Alce Nero sauce is perfect in combination with Cappelli durum wheat spaghetti or organic IGP durum wheat semolina Paccheri di Gragnano.
