Devil's claw
It is a plant native to South Africa; the name derives from the small hooks present on the fruit of the plant. The active components of the devil's claw are harpagosides, which are found in the secondary root. Devil's claw has been used for centuries in Africa to treat fever, rheumatoid arthritis, pancreas, stomach and intestines. In the early 1900s, with the occupation of Namibia by the Germans, the Devil's Claw was imported into Europe. Devil's Claw is used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases and to reduce joint pain. How to use
