By monitoring the 2 key fertility hormones, estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH), it identifies the 2 peak fertility days as any ovulation test, and also detects previous high fertility days. This way you have a better chance of getting pregnant. Since your partner's semen can survive for up to 5 days in your body, you may actually get pregnant by having intercourse in the days leading up to ovulation. If you have intercourse on high and peak fertility days, you can optimize your chances of getting pregnant. The clear digital display shows a Clearblue smiley face on your best days to get pregnant, so you know your body is ready. The Clearblue Digital Ovulation Test detects the LH surge.
