Hops are known above all as a bitter and aromatic ingredient in beer. Active ingredients and properties: bitter acids such as humulone, lupulone and compost-derivatives boast relaxing and tonic properties. They are therefore useful as mood regulators. Flavonoids such as xantoumol and isoxantoumol have estrogenizing properties. The prenilnaringenins, specific to hops, are suitably titrated and standardized substances that are highly representative of the quality of the plant and make hops effective in relieving neurovegetative disturbances.
Sage (Salvia officinalis) dry extracted leaves
Plant known since ancient times for its multiple health properties. Sage is a stimulant of the organism and fights the states of diasthenia: it is particularly indicated in case of physical and intellectual fatigue, but not only. In its composition there are active ingredients with estrogenic action, such as terpenes, saponins and flavonoids (salvina, picrosalvina, luteolin) and essential oils with activities such as to reduce the secretion of sweat glands.
Vitamin D
Fat-soluble nutrients that support the growth and health of bones by promoting mineralization. Vitamin D contributes to the absorption of calcium from the intestinal tract. The most active forms of this vitamin are vitamin D2 or ergocalciferol, contained in plants, and D3 or cholecalciferol, synthesized in the human body. The latter is considered the most bioavailable form.
Vitamin K2 (ActivK MK7) or menaquinone-7
It is a natural product extracted from Natto, a traditional Japanese food based on soy fermented. It belongs to the family of vitamins K and is the fraction that has the highest bioavailability and activity of the menaquinone complex that forms vitamin K2. Menaquinone-7 has been used in Japan since 1995 to promote bone health and other problems related to amenopause, due to its important protective role. It binds calcium to the bone matrix, activating a specific protein, osteocalcin (MGP), responsible for optimizing calcium in the bone structure, promoting its fixation. It also counteracts the risks of vascular calcification by preventing calcium from depositing on the arterial walls.

How to use
